Chris and his team are great. They installed a new heating and air conditioning system for me. In and out in one day, as promised. We have used Chris for a number of years now and he has always been very reliable and reasonable. He goes out of his way to make service calls when you need him, even late in the evening. We would definitely recommend Chris and his team to anyone.
These guys understand generators. They combine the pertinent skills of a plumber, electrician and car mechanic to install, configure and service them. They are knowledgeable, reachable, polite, prompt and reasonably priced. Put them on your short list for this kind of work.
The team at AquaTech did an amazing job installing our home generator. They were on time, on budget, honest, reliable and pleasant to work with. I highly recommend them for your home!
Aquatech is the complete package. From our initial search for generator installation, although theirs was not the lowest estimate, Brandon’s extensive knowledge about NYC regulations and ability to explain the entire process in great detail, convinced us they were the right company for the job. Chris and Brandon were of great help throughout, from addressing the multiple layers of permits and documents required at the start, to setting up the Generac app once the installation was completed. Their team of punctual, skilled, careful, cheerful and ultra-polite electrical and plumbing employees ...
Chris Shaffer deserves 5 stars across the board. Courteous, knowledgeable, clean and professional. Would highly recommend.
Easy process, great customer service, all the technicians were polite & professional.
I very rarely provide online reviews but am making an exception for Aquatech...very satisfied with all aspects of the installation of a standby generator. Chris spec'd out the job and was knowledgeable about all legal and safety requirements...installation team was prompt , hardworking, careful and cleaned up after installation...Chris's son Brandon came by to start and test the generator...he explained and demonstrated both automatic and manual start up of the unit...all in all, a most professional installation...we are going to use Aquatech to service our Air Conditioning system as well.
BRANDON and his crew did a phenomenal job. They worked seamlessly and professionally. My job was done in one day and cleaned up, ready for a power outage. I would highly recommend AquaTech. Thank you
