The installation crew from Aqua Tech were very professional and answered all of my questions. They checked in asking if they answered what I had asked and if I had any further questions. From presentation to installation the entire team kept me informed of what stage of the process we were at.
The whole team over at Aqua Tech Mechanical are true professionals who really care about their customers and quality service. I had a whole house Generac generator installed. From the initial meeting with Jim B who was very knowledgeable and friendly, to the office team of Danielle, Jessica and Jackie. Communication was excellent! They even get all the permits for you. The day of the installation three trucks pulled up with all the equipment and about five workers. The crew were hard-working professionals who kept me informed about everything. From start to finish the process was very quick, clean and efficient! They also help you set up a phone app that helps them monitor your generator. All this and a 10 year warranty included too. Could not be happier with the work that Chris and his team supplied - in one day. A full team arrived promptly and worked on installing dual split all day with the work finished by 5:00pm, and no clean up work required by us. After the install and a quick efficient run through Chris came the next day to give us full instructions on how to best utilize Mitsubshi units (2), answering patiently all our questions. We now have a loft that we can use in the Winter and Summer thanks to AquaTech. After one month of using the system with temperatures well below zero, we are amazed at how warm the loft...
We had 2 old ,through the wall, AC units replaced by a ductless Mitsubishi heat pump. Chris was a pleasure to deal with before and after the installation. Chappo and his crew did a great job, start to finish. They are skilled, neat , responsive and polite. Overall a great experience. Thanks.
