From our initial search for generator installation, although theirs was not the lowest estimate, Brandon’s extensive knowledge about NYC regulations and ability to explain the entire process in great detail, convinced us they were the right company for the job. Chris and Brandon were of great help throughout, from addressing the multiple layers of permits and documents required at the start, to setting up the Generac app once the installation was completed. Could not be happier with the work that Chris and his team supplied - in one day. A full team arrived promptly and worked on installing dual split all day with the work finished by 5:00pm, and no clean up work required by us. After the install and a quick efficient run through Chris came the next day to give us full instructions on how to best utilize Mitsubshi units (2), answering patiently all our questions. We now have a loft that we can use in the Winter and Summer thanks to AquaTech. After one month of using the system with temperatures well below zero, we are amazed at how warm the loft...
