The installation crew from Aqua Tech were very professional and answered all of my questions. They checked in asking if they answered what I had asked and if I had any further questions. From presentation to installation the entire team kept me informed of what stage of the process we were at.
The whole team over at Aqua Tech Mechanical are true professionals who really care about their customers and quality service. I had a whole house Generac generator installed. From the initial meeting with Jim B who was very knowledgeable and friendly, to the office team of Danielle, Jessica and Jackie. Communication was excellent! They even get all the permits for you. The day of the installation three trucks pulled up with all the equipment and about five workers. The crew were hard-working professionals who kept me informed about everything. From start to finish the process was very quick, clean and efficient! They also help you set up a phone app that helps them monitor your generator. All this and a 10 year warranty included too. I very rarely provide online reviews but am making an exception for Aquatech...very satisfied with all aspects of the installation of a standby generator. Chris spec'd out the job and was knowledgeable about all legal and safety requirements...installation team was prompt , hardworking, careful and cleaned up after installation...Chris's son Brandon came by to start and test the generator...he explained and demonstrated both automatic and manual start up of the unit...all in all, a most professional installation...we are going to use Aquatech to service our Air Conditioning system as well.
